Wedding Receptions

The Garden Museum is the ideal location for a Wedding Reception.  Situated by the River Thames overlooking the Houses of Parliament; it is also within close proximity of The London Eye and Tate Britain.

The redeveloped Museum will accommodate 120 for a seated dinner and 250 for a standing reception in the main hall beneath the beautiful stained glass windows and Medieval architecture.

The courtyard garden will be surrounded by a covered cloister which will be the perfect location for canapes and drinks receptions for your guests. The Garden's focal point is the beautiful garden which creates the perfect romantic setting for your wedding photos.

The Garden Museum was a terrific venue for the dinner and party to celebrate our civil partnership. To be able to have a party inside a beautiful medieval church building adjacent to Lambeth Palace, opposite the Houses of Parliament was amazing

The Garden Museum will be available for hire from Spring 2017 as the Museum is undergoing an exciting 15-month Development Project from November 2015. If you are interested in finding out more about hiring the Museum from early 2017, please email stephanie@gardenmuseum.org.uk
