Joy Larkcom: Growing salads all year round

A talk about growing salads all year round by horticulturalist Joy Larkcom, featuring defining salad plants, Joy & Don’s experimental market garden in Suffolk, cut and come again (CCA) plants, and plugging the ‘vegetable gap’ by growing salad all year. Joy also talks about her  books about salads; the history of salad growing (15th – 18th centuries), and the decorative use of salads.
