In this film horticulturalist Joy Larkcom shares her extensive knowledge of, and passion for, decorative kitchen gardens. Topics include ‘potagers’ (a mixture of vegetables, flowers, and fruit in the same space); cottage gardens; and the ‘edible landscaping’ movement in the USA. Joy also mentions Rosemary Verey; Joy’s gardens in Suffolk and Ireland; and her research in Europe and North America. There are also practical tips for creating your own ‘potager’.
