FOOD LEARNING VOLUNTEERS

We occasionally take on volunteers in Food Learning please see our volunteering page for current vacancies.

Our food learning programme inspires people to cook with, learn more about, and enjoy eating plants.

We offer hands-on ‘cook and eat’ workshops in our beautiful purpose-built learning studio kitchen, overlooking the Museum’s courtyard garden. Through our food learning programme we inspire people to cook with, learn more about, and enjoy to eat plants.

The programme is run by our dedicated Food Educator Ceri Jones. Our workshops are all based around seasonal ingredients and where possible we take inspiration from our current exhibitions, permanent collection, and our gardens, often using fresh herbs and produce grown in our Community Garden.
