Referencing traditional Eastern European motifs and patterns, Gosia will demonstrate and teach interesting brushwork techniques, allowing you to hand-decorate a box that could make for a thoughtful Christmas gift.
StudioSosenka is a creative studio and workshop space run by Gosia Trojanowska, focused on hand-crafted, upcycled and hand-painted unique pieces inspired by traditional Eastern and Central European folk decor. The aesthetic she draws on is the vibrant and historical patterns found in the textiles, painted furniture and regional decorative arts in Central Europe. Unlike typical modern decor, her work reflects the rich cultural and traditional motifs and colours often seen in regional folk art. Gosia often works to commission and on bespoke pieces upon request.
