Designed for the whole family to enjoy together, the session will harmonise inclusive movement with the breath as we journey through the serenity and vibrancy of a garden in bloom. Accessible to all generations, this joyful and memorable workshop, invites families to discover the exhibition in a new and inspiring way.
Lesley Collinson is a dedicated teacher and educational leader with over 24 years of experience, passionate about wellbeing and sustainability. She developed the pioneering Breathwork and Movement programme to support mental health and wellbeing in schools, positively impacting over 5,000 children across Southern England. Her work has been featured at the World Education Summit, where she advocates for integrating breathwork practices, sustainability, and nature into educational environments. Expanding her reach beyond schools, Lesley now teaches Family Yoga at the King’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace, and works with community groups and charities across Lambeth and the South East. An enthusiastic gardener, Lesley is delighted to design a unique session for the Garden Museum, where she invites participants to explore the harmonious connection between breath, movement, and the natural world.
